Selective, drive-in, radio shuttle, push back and cantilever racking, plus wire decking, mezzanines and rack protection — from one accountable supplier.
Racking designed around your loads, pallets and building. Produced under ISO quality control with reference to AS4084, RMI and FEM, backed by a written warranty.
SolidFort Storage Equipment Co., Ltd. designs and manufactures industrial storage systems in a 30,000㎡ factory in Tongan District, Xiamen, China. Since 2016 we have supplied distributors, contractors, 3PL operators and manufacturers with racking that improves productivity, maximizes cubic space and keeps warehouses organized and safe.
Every project is handled by engineers, not only salespeople: we review slab data, pallet dimensions, forklift reach and seismic requirements before a single beam is cut.
“From angle steel shelving to drive-in racking, quality has remained consistently high over many years. They deliver storage solutions, not just steel.”
— Addison, Warehouse Buyer, Australia
Trusted by 10,000+ distributors and end users, we combine factory-direct cost with the documentation and support importers need to pass audits and permits.
Dedicated project contacts across time zones, spare parts and warranty handling after installation.
Structural design referenced to the standard your market requires, with calculation reports on request.
CAD drawings, pallet-position counts and sample components so you can verify quality before ordering.
Column guards, row spacers, pallet supports, wire decks and non-standard beams made to your specification.
Heavy-duty storage for pallets, bulk goods and long loads — every system can be tailored in height, depth, beam level and finish.

100% direct access to every pallet for fast picking and flexible FIFO handling of mixed SKUs.

Eliminates working aisles to roughly double storage density for homogeneous goods and cold rooms.

Open-front arms for lumber, pipe, steel bar and sheet — no front columns to obstruct loading.

Galvanized decks improve sprinkler penetration and stop pallets or cartons falling through beam levels.
A quick engineering reference our team uses in first-round consultations. Final selection depends on SKU count, throughput and forklift type.
| System | Selectivity | Storage Density | Inventory Flow | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Selective Pallet Racking | 100% | Standard | Any (FIFO/LIFO) | Mixed SKUs, e-commerce, distribution |
| Drive-In / Drive-Thru | Low | Very high | LIFO / FIFO | Bulk homogeneous goods, cold storage |
| Radio Shuttle Racking | Medium | Very high | FIFO or LIFO | High-volume SKUs, cold chain, beverage |
| Push Back Racking | Medium | High | LIFO | Medium-turnover SKUs, 2–5 pallets deep |
| Cantilever Racking | 100% | Medium | Any | Pipe, lumber, steel profiles, sheets |

Straight answers from our engineering team on cost, safety, capacity and logistics.
Cost depends on steel prices and system complexity. Standard selective pallet racking typically averages USD 50–100 per pallet position. High-density systems such as push back or drive-in racking range from USD 100–250 per position. These figures usually cover materials only; engineering, freight and installation depend on your location and layout.
Yes. Under ANSI/RMI MH16.1 and most international building codes, every rack column must be anchored to the concrete slab. Anchoring prevents shifting during loading, resists seismic forces and helps preserve structural integrity after a forklift impact. Anchor diameter and embedment depth should be specified by an engineer based on slab thickness and seismic zone.
Capacity is defined by two components:
Never estimate capacity. Always follow the manufacturer's Load Application and Rack Configuration (LARC) drawings and load plaques.
For the common 40" × 48" GMA pallet:
For 1200 × 1000 mm or 1200 × 800 mm Euro pallets we size frames and beams accordingly.
A qualified person should formally inspect racking at least once every 12 months. Warehouse staff should also perform weekly or monthly visual checks for damaged uprights, missing safety pins and deflected beams, and unload any damaged bay immediately.
Standard orders are typically produced and shipped within 10–15 days; large engineered projects usually take around 30 days. We quote FOB, CIF or DDP and provide a container loading plan with every order to minimize freight cost.
Our racking is designed and manufactured with reference to AS4084, RMI (ANSI MH16.1) and FEM standards, produced under an ISO-certified quality system, with CE documentation available on request.
